Procedure
To be considered for a scholarship or grant, prospective students must complete their application for admission on or before the following eligibility deadlines and check the applicable box on the admissions application form. There is no separate application form for merit scholarships. Applicants seeking a merit scholarship are encouraged to submit supporting documents such as letters of recommendation from teachers or counselors, copies of awards and honors, work resume, or certificates of achievement. Applicants seeking a need-based grant must complete the form available above. Scholarship and grant results are announced within one month of each eligibility deadline.
No student will be given a TUJ scholarship or grant which would result in an award or payment in excess of 100% of tuition and fees (not including housing). If, subsequent to an award of a TUJ scholarship or grant but prior to payment, other scholarships, stipends, or grants are offered to a student, the amount of the TUJ award will be reduced accordingly.
