Areas of Expertise

Professor Borucki's expertise includes the analysis of organizations, business model development, fundamentals of change management, culture and psychological climate in organizations, and high-performance work systems.


Teaching Interests

Professor Borucki teaches courses in corporate strategy, international business management, leadership, and human resources management at the MBA level, and organization and management and the capstone strategy course at the undergraduate level.


Research

Areas of active inquiry for Professor Borucki in collaboration with colleagues include the fundamentals of leading change in multinational corporations, the psychological climate in service companies, high-performance work systems, knowledge management and mobile government.
