Tuition and Fees at the Tokyo Center

At the Tokyo Center, tuition and fees for each three-credit course total ¥247,650; tuition and fees for each one-credit seminar total ¥82,550; the new student fee for new students is ¥11,000; the matriculation fee is ¥30,000. These figures include basic tuition, the facilities fee, and the 5% National Consumption Tax.

All tuition and fees should be paid by bank transfer to the TUJ account. Please use a wire transfer form and the following account information:

Payment Option and Deadline

The bursar's office has a deferred payment plan available, which allows you to pay half your tuition at the beginning of the semester and the other half at mid-semester. You may request the appropriate form from the bursar's office. All tuition arrangements should be completed before the second class meeting.

Refund Policy

TUJ will issue a tuition refund if you drop a course(s) before the add/drop period ends. If you Do not submit your drop request before the add/drop period ends, there will be no refunds for courses dropped. With the approval of your professor, you may withdraw from a graduate course at any time up until the Withdrawal Deadline, but your tuition will not be refunded.
