Master's Program: Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.)

TUJ has offered a Master's degree in TESOL since 1982. The M.S.Ed. Program is designed primarily for individuals who are presently teaching English to speakers of Japanese or other languages. It is a program of graduate course work dealing with both the practical techniques of teaching English as a second or foreign language and the theoretical background relevant to such teaching. Approximately 1,200 Master's degrees and over 100 Doctoral degrees have been granted at TUJ since 1982.

Class Visitation

In any semester, prospective students are invited to visit the first class meeting of any course in the Master's Program. Official registration is required before the second class meeting.
