About the Event
Lance is a Bachelor of Science graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point with Masters in National Security Affairs, East Asian Studies and Public Administration. After a career as a Foreign Area Officer in the US Army in the US and Asia, he joined the US Foreign Service. He later led the Asian business development organizations of Texas Instruments, Raytheon, Hughes Electronics, and then, Boeing Space. He now runs his own aerospace consulting company, helping companies find business partners and negotiating manufacturing agreements in Japan, while also consulting for governments and private companies on aerospace and security affairs in East Asia.
