Pre-LL.M. Admissions Program

Often times, prospective students will discover the many benefits and opportunities at Temple Law School and desire to immediately commence their studies. Because the LL.M. application process may take several months or because a student may first wish to explore a course or two, we have developed an "early admission" system known as our "Pre-LL.M. program."

Our Pre-LL.M. program enables qualified students to commence their legal studies during any semester prior to formal admission into the LL.M. program. As a Pre-LL.M. student, you may take up to 2 courses towards your LL.M. degree. After formal admission into the LL.M. program, credits earned with a grade of "C" or better will count towards your degree, even though earned before admission. Formal admission to the LL.M. program is not guaranteed and depends on the student's qualifications.
