3-Credit MCLE Event - The Legal Environment and the Distribution of Goods in China


Temple Law Japan is honored to present Ms. Nathalie Boué as a special guest speaker for a 3-credit CLE seminar on doing business in China.

China presents enormous opportunities for foreign companies seeking to enter its markets and innumerable challenges to the companies' legal counsel, who must advise their clients on how best to achieve their goals. This seminar will provide an introduction to China's legal framework and guidance on commercial law issues related to the sale and distribution of goods in China.

CLE Credit

We will offer 3 CLE credits to U.S. qualified attorneys who attend our seminar. Please bring your state attorney ID number with you so that you can complete the necessary paperwork. Temple University is a Pennsylvania accredited CLE provider. Attorneys are responsible for checking with the CLE board of their jurisdiction as to whether PA CLE credits will count towards their CLE requirements, but various states, including California and New York, recognize Pennsylvania CLE credits.
