About the Speakers
Norifumi Tateishi is a partner of Tozai Sogo and his practice focuses on corporate law, international business transactions, commercial litigation, arbitration, financial transactions, securities business and intellectual property rights. He received his LL.B from Tokyo University and his LL.M from Harvard Law School and graduated from the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan. He is a visiting lecturer at Keio University and a Practicing Attorney Professor of Civil Advocacy at the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan.
Peter Nadler is also a partner of Tozai Sogo. His practice focuses on matters of general U.S. law, international commercial transactions, financial transactions, transnational law and international litigation. He received his B.A. from Columbia University and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
