Temple Law School provide FWLA CLE Event on "Japanese Bankruptcy Law: An Overview"


Temple University School of Law, Tokyo Campus is pleased to offer one MCLE credit to U.S. qualified attorneys who attend the Foreign Women Lawyer's Association (FWLA) meeting, "Japanese Bankruptcy Law: An Overview" with guest speaker Junichi Tobimatsu, partner of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo.

Speaker

Junichi Tobimatsu is a partner of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo. Tobimatsu-sensei specializes in complex business, securities and corporate litigation and arbitration matters. He also has extensive experience in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, including multi-jurisdictional restructuring projects and rehabilitation proceedings of various corporations formerly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He received his LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1996 and his LL.M. from Stanford Law School in 2003. He is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. He has taught Civil Law as a visiting lecturer of the University of Tokyo from 2006 to 2007.
