Professor Laura Little Speaking on "American Conflict of Laws Doctrine"

The Temple University School of Law is pleased to announce that Professor Laura Little from Temple University's Main Campus will be speaking at TUJ on Thursday, March 9th from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the American Conflict of Laws doctrine and the problems of jurisdiction and choice of law arising from the federalist system of government in the United States.

Professor Little specializes in federal courts, constitutional law, conflict of laws, and international criminal law at Main Campus and taught Conflicts of Law at TUJ as a visiting full-time faculty member during the Spring Semester 2004. In addition to having authored many articles, Professor Little has also been awarded the University Great Professor Award, Temple University's highest award for teaching. Prior to entering private practice and then academia, Professor Little served as a law clerk to Chief Justice William Rehnquist (Supreme Court of the United States - October Term 1986).

We are honored and thrilled to welcome Professor Little back to TUJ for this special speaking engagement.
