This 12 hour course (1.2 CEUs, 2 days, 6 hours each day) is intended to serve as an introductory OR refresher course for learning and applying principles of project management (PM) to your workplace in a lecture/workshop environment. The principles of the PMBOK are used as guidelines as we analyze the knowledge areas as they evolve in phases (process groups) through the life of a project. Students who complete the course should be better able to deliver successful projects at the end of the course by applying methods and techniques learned. Intended students are those with a limited schedule who want to learn more about PM and people who need additional CEUs to either obtain or keep their PMI certification.

Special Note:
This workshop requires a minimum of 8 enrollments to run.
