Management is something that is very wide and which often has no complete definition. This course will cover the management basics of: the manager (skill, scope and role), planning, decision making, organising, communication, leading and controlling. In addition, to give an overall perspective the course will focus on the influencing factors such as the environmental, cultural aspects and international concerns. These points will be reinforced through established practices and strategies in addition to case studies to give a complete introduction to this often misunderstood area.
