This course is designed for business people, legal professionals and non-legal individuals who have a desire to gain an introductory understanding of the basic principles of Business Law. The course content is aimed for use in both a practical and professional setting and consists of relevant legal issues as it relates to business, economics, finance and related fields. An understanding of this course will be viewed as useful in general corporate matters, banking, international organizations (both private and public) and traditional legal fields.
