Step 1

Inquiry → Consultation:
A TUJ consultant will visit you to clarify your needs

Step 2

TUJ will propose a training plan and provide a quotation

Step 3

Agreement (Contract) / Order

Step 4

An appropriate application procedure will be introduced

Step 5

Needs analysis/assessment of trainees

Step 6

Mid-term feedback from trainees (refine course contents)

Step 7

End-of-course report → Proposal for future steps
