Host Families for International Students Needed

TUJ is looking for families who are interested in hosting international students from around the world. Families who are interested in culture exchange and creating international environment at home are welcome. Hosting periods are Spring semester (January - April), Summer semester (May - July), and Fall semester (end of August - beginning of December). 2,700yen a day (approx. 80,000yen a month) will be paid for the provision of 2 meals a day, utilities, etc.

TUJ To Host Minato-ku Citizen's University (November 9, 11, 16, 18, & 25)

Under the theme of "Changing Japan: Five Perspectives on Japanese Society Today", the series of five lectures will be given by Kyle Cleveland, Noriko Murai, Robert Dujarric, Tina Burrett and Bruce Stronach (More details).

The fee is 2500 yen. Please make sure you identify your connection with TUJ when applying online. We look forward to receiving your applications!

Have you considered taking a course and then thought your schedule just doesn't allow as much time as you would like?
If so, then our one and two-day workshops and seminars may be just the thing for you! TUJ Continuing Education offers Business Wizard (BizWiz) courses or workshops in a wide variety of areas, from fun or new stuff (How to Draw Manga Characters, iPhone/iPad Application Development etc.) to more serious ones (International Financial Reporting Standards, etc.) The next round of workshops will mostly be held in the first and second weekend of December. Modern Western Art History: Impressionists and Their Followers (FMT104)

Interested in visiting museums and learning more about art? We are also accepting applications for this art history course offered on Saturdays between November 6th and December 4th. The course will meet for one class lecture and four museum tours. The museum tour will include visiting Van GOGH: The Adventure of Becoming an Artist at the National Center of Art and MOT Collection Chronicle 1947-1963: Days of Independent Art Exhibitions at Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo.
