Jun Kurihara is a non-resident Research Director at the Canon Institute for Global Studies in Tokyo and Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Jun Kurihara will lead the discussion on how to revitalize Japan in light of the transformation of the global political economy. He will touch on the fall and decline of monozukuri (craftsmanship) in Japan and deal with the need to better integrate Japanese scholars, engineers, and business mangers into the international flow of ideas.
