As the first foreign university established in Japan, Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ), represents the pioneering vision of one of America's most forward-thinking academic institutions, Temple University, and shares the special qualities of its parent. TUJ is the only university in Japan where you can earn American associates, bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees without leaving the country.

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology recognized TUJ as the country's first Foreign University, Japan Campus, in February 2005, making it possible for TUJ students to transfer to a Japanese university and attend graduate school.
