TUJ starts your comprehensive needs assessment by conducting extensive oral interviews and clarifying your organization's training objectives. This analysis identifies what your employees need to learn to become more effective workers and what skills they must acquire to enhance their job performance.
A Flexible Schedule
TUJ's Corporate Education program is built to be flexible. We schedule and format our training courses to suit your specific requirements, including half-day seminars, one- or two-day workshops, 12-week courses, and periodic open enrollment programs. Sessions can be held at your own facilities, TUJ's central location in Tokyo, or another venue of your choice.
