Course Details

If you can understand what motivates people, you can have better relationships with friends, family and co-workers. Join us for an eye-opening glimpse into why people do the things that they do. You'll get an interactive taste of how you can improve relationships and manage conflict - personally, professionally, and socially. For nearly four decades, Personal Strengths has helped people and organizations make business and personal relationships more productive. At the core of this workshop is the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), a survey of what motivates you when times are good and when you are under stress. What you will learn: 1) Discover how your own motivation and values influence your behavior; 2) Gain a better understanding of the motivation and behavior of others; 3) Identify your personal response to conflict-and make more effective choices as a result; 4) Learn ways to anticipate, prevent and manage conflict situations in your life; 5) Capture relationship-building techniques that you will be able to apply immediately.

Special Note:

This workshop requires a minimum of 8 enrollments to run.

Please note that students will be required to pay a 1,500 yen material fee on the day of the workshop.
