Intermediate JAVA (JAV102)

JAV102 is the second part of a two course introduction to JAVA computer programming and software engineering practices using the Java programming language. This course covers the advanced functionality of JAVA. By the end of the course, the student will be able to program medium complexity applications, including GUI (graphical user interface), networking applications and multitasking applications (threading) and basic database management.
Santosh Lawoo Gawande
Santosh L. Gawande has a certificate in Java Programming and Enterprise Architect - 1, from the Sun Microsystems. He was born in Mumbai, India and has lived and worked for several years in Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Mumbai (Bombay) University-India, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Currently he works in the financial sector as an Information Technology professional. During his entire professional career he primarily worked for Engineering, Insurance, E-Commerce and in financial domains developing various products using primarily Java, J2EE, C, C++, VB, Spring, UML, Oracle and other RDBMS along with Open-Source tools on Unix, Linux and Windows platforms. His hobbies are playing Chess, listening to music, hiking, sketching and animation.
