Course Details

JAV101 is the first part of a two course introduction to JAVA computer programming and software engineering practices using the Java programming language. Our course will take a student who has never programmed before and introduce him or her to fundamental concepts in developing computer programs using Java programming language. Students will learn object theory, programming concepts, the basics of the Java computer language, and how to use the Eclipse integrated development environment. By the end of the course students will have the basic knowledge of JAVA enabling them to implement intermediate complexity tasks. So, if you have ever wanted to program your own games, make interesting and fun software, join an IT development company or start up your own software solutions business, then this is the course for you.
