In this introductory course, we examine how typical human resources functions, such as recruitment, selection, training and rewarding (wage and salary) can determine an organization's success and competitiveness.

Through lecture, interactive discussion, a series of real-world assignments, and a continuing group case study, students learn and apply the concepts of human resources management.
