Course Details
No matter where you are in an organization, you will be affected by your organization's human resources department policy simply because you are a member of that organization.
In this introductory course, we examine how typical human resources functions, such as recruitment, selection, training and rewarding (wage and salary) can determine an organization's success and competitiveness.
Whether you work in the HR field, manage people, or are seeking to gain insight, this is an important course to improve your business knowledge and skillset. Through lecture, interactive discussion, a series of real-world assignments, and a continuing group case study, students learn and apply the concepts of human resources management.
