By taking case studies and examples from a wide range of subjects , including Current Affairs, Philosophy, Law, Technology and Politics, this class and will explore relevant ethical and social issues from an individual rather than a global perspective.

Born in Ireland and raised in an international family, I have a life-long interest in languages and cross-cultural communication. Using the skills and knowledge I have acquired through my MA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and my ten years of teaching English abroad, I strive to develop in my students a passion for independent language learning. In my free time, I enjoy reading novels in Japanese, listening to music and studying foreign languages.
