Certificate in NGO Management

This certificate program is for anyone interested in or already working at a nongovernmental organization (NGO). Social, environmental, and other issues are growing increasingly complex and challenging, and many NGOs face tasks that require practical management and communication skills to further their cause.

The program will teach you about the roles and functions of NGOs, community development, legal and management aspects, environmental and social issues, human rights and gender issues. The main objective is to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in the field.

Recognized experts in their disciplines teach the courses, and guest speakers from NGOs, corporations, academia, and the media also present their views.

Note: Please be informed that the present curriculum for the NGO Management certificate program is being redesigned to better address the challenges NGOs face today. Students earning CEUs applicable to this certificate program should fill out the Certificate Declaration Form and submit it to the office at their earliest convenience.
