Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ), provides students with various academic and non-academic services to support their academic goals and social life, both on and off campus.

Office of Student Services
The Office of Students Services (OSS) supports TUJ's diverse student population as they become members of the university community. In addition to providing assistance with the visa application process and coordinating financial aid and housing, the OSS provides orientations to help students assimilate into the academic and social life at TUJ. The OSS also works with student organizations to encourage social interaction among students from different backgrounds by creating events and activities that appeal to all TUJ students.

Career Development Office
The Career Development Office assists students in their search to find the best job before they graduate, and to alumni after the fact. Its services include putting on career fairs and seminars on employment strategies, providing career counseling, and offering guidance on writing resumes and interviewing techniques applicable to both Japanese and multinational companies in Japan.

Counseling Office
Professional counselors are available to provide free and confidential counseling services both in English and Japanese. The services include individual and group counseling, psychological testing, and phone consultation. The office also offers workshops on stress management, time management, communications skills and other topics.

Teaching and Learning Center
The Teaching and Learning Center tutors students in essay writing, math, computers, psychology, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and other subjects. The center features a customized language-learning lab with individual study spaces.

Academic Advising Center*
The Academic Advising Center helps undergraduate students select appropriate courses and plan well their programs of study. Full-time professional academic advisors provide students with group and individual advising sessions. The Center also refers students to other student support resources when necessary. Students are welcome to discuss their academic plans and options, graduation status, transfer to Temple's main campus in Philadelphia, and other academic questions or concerns with the Center.

Housing*
TUJ provides dormitories, residential apartments and other housing, and also arranges homestays with Japanese families throughout the Tokyo metropolitan area. Students from many different countries live together in the TUJ dorms, sharing their cultures and learning from each other. Living in a dorm is also a great way for students to develop their language skills.
