Typhoon Warning to All Students

Tokyo is expecting some extreme weather conditions because of the proximity of Typhoon 18. All classes will run as normal today (Wednesday), but you are advised to return home immediately after your last class of the day. Please note that the weather may have an impact on the train services and lead to delays in your journey. The conditions may worsen tomorrow (Thursday, October 8) so please watch the weather forecasts and check the Japan Meteorological Agency website.
At present we do NOT plan to cancel classes and expect to run a normal schedule. However, if there is a significant deterioration in conditions in Tokyo, you will be informed in due course. Please check your TU e-mail and the TUJ website regularly.
